Thanks for the input everyone! I eat alot of vegetables and fruits, plus drink alot of juice. Tho, I also drink alot of caffeine throughout the day....coffee in the morning, and Dr. Pepper.

It just seems that at this time of year (winter) I am lacking in energy alot, and could sleep my life away. Maybe the B-12 will help to boost my energy levels and make me feel more alert. I'll have to look into the pill form of it tho. I can give shots, but I can't take them! LOL

Can anyone recommend a brand of the pill form? I'll be going to Wal-Mart soon, and maybe I can pick some up there???

Anywho - they said that they wished that all nurses could learn how to do the same.
In your case - no, it would not have been fun.

In my case, it was

I always thought that the way we give shots to the horses is a lot nicer than the way some nurses have given me shots!

Well Shelly,I have, I was sick as a dog one day, and horses do not wait for sick, so I did the math, and sat down to give myself a shot of a very common antibiotic,we only had LA fits, and at that point I did not care.
What I did not factor, was the cold meds right out of the fridge being pushed into my warm SubQ

Man o day did that STING ! Now I always warm them for the horses, I know their nerves are deeper, but still..I thought I was going to fall over.

Yeah Andi, we only had LA gauge, I am sure your Vet does not carry smaller, unless he does SA's too

Paula

I take Spring Valley Natural Super B-Complex that I get at Wal-Mart. Not terribly expensive - don't remember but I think that a 100 tablet bottle is about $6.00. It says 1 tablet a day but I often take 2. It will turn your 'pee' dark yellow/orangish.
