Man, we have some real winners here. Had someone not that long ago that went to jail (I think) for molesting his neighbors pony. What is wrong with these people?

At least Arkansas is starting to lay down the law on these people!

What a flippen nut case. The owner doesn't sound so great either, "get rid of the horse", call a vet or at the least shoot it don't make it suffer anymore than it had. I think there is a lot more to that story.

I saw this on the news last night.

Unfortunately our new felony animal cruelty law isn't really THAT effective seeing as our animal control officers are awful and you have to...well, beat an animal with a baseball bat to be charged with cruelty. :/

Dually was stolen from the grounds where the rodeo was held, dragged behind a truck, beaten, and God knows what else. He was found on a person's private property and returned to the owner. There is more info on him here

I believe with ALL my being ... that there's a Special H-ELL for those who abuse children and/or animals

...in my books it's only a shame that they get to walk about mostly undiscovered while they're alive ... they don't get to literally burn for the rest of eternity until they actually die
