![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Ariat Heritage II Zips
I'm looking into buying a pair of field boots that aren't horrendously expensive but still have a good, sleek look. I love the look of the Heritage II Zip Field boot by Ariat, but I know they were having some zipper issues a while ago. Has anyone had any recent experience with Ariat zippers lately? I don't want to buy a pair of boots and a few months later have the zippers split or anything. All input is appreciated.

I have a pair of the Ariat crowne zip boots and i love them. I had a problem with my zipper once and went back to the tack shop and they gave me a new pair but that is the only time i had a problem and that was 4 years ago. I still have the boots but i ONLY use them for showing and never school in them becuase tehy are already broken in and i want them to last as long as possible lol. So i guess it depends on how often you are going to ride in them, but i love mine |

Thanks. I've been looking at the Crowns too... was thinking about getting them without zippers perhaps, because then I wouldn't have to worry about anything besides breaking them in. I'd probably ride in them pretty often. Not everyday, but probably once a week or so.

I've ridden in my friends pair and had no problem with the zipper. If you do run into a problem, e-mail Ariat and they will replace/fix the problem. Ariat has great customer service

the only issue i ever has was when i got my stupid sock caught in it cos they were gettin to small for me. sent em back to Ariat, got a new pair, free of charge. so besides that, i've never had a problem. i love em.

Thanks for all the input. I've heard good things about Ariat service, and it makes me feel better to have talked to people who've run into some problems and had them fixed without a hitch.
