Crabbet sireline with a touch of Polish, Polish damline. Ben Rabba is a nice looking boy. The pedigree isn't bad if that is what your asking. However, pedigree doesn't mean a whole lot in this day and age, especially in Arabians. It can be icing and that's about it. It depends on the horse. What is the foal like? Good conformation? Good temperment?

There are some nice horses in there. My guy has Bay el Bey and Bask in his pedigree somewhere, and I love the Polish Arabs the most, so...

But I agree, take a look at the horse and its immediate parentage if you can see those horses for yourself. I mean, so many of today's Arabs have these horses in their lines that you can get both good and bad. I happened to get a good one, so definitely consider the horse itself.

Conformation, well I'm working on that. He is a little under weight and fuzzy, so body wise I should know in about two weeks. His legs are good and straight, he has a nice little head. He seem small but my yearling is 15.1+ so he might be average, hard to compare.

His temperament is wonderful. This guy hadn't been touched since he was born other than to be weaned. The first day I picked him he was a little wild but understandable. In three days he was leading, picking up all his feet, very accepting of being trimmed, stands well for being groomed and ties. By then end of his first week my 9 year old was leading him all over the place. He is a quick learner and very receptive to new things.

He will make someone a nice horse, just not the right breed for me to keep.
