Boy he just screams Type, doesn't he, in a good way. I've been imagining what he'll look like in two years. Very nice. Nice now. He looks like one of those porcelain figurines. Arabkid you must be on Cloud Nine to have horse/s like that in your barn. Congrats.

Thank you very much CJ, I have to say that I am VERY lucky my grandparents started this farm. I'm also lucky my father (their youngest son) took over it. My dad used to be a professional trainer until he injured his back. So I hope to be the next trainer of this farm! Since my brother hates horses and my sister likes them, but not that much! thanks again

I'm with you. Sometimes when I'm bored, I log onto dreamhorse or equine.com and pick out a horse without putting an upper limit in the price column--just on their breed and picture...I usually end up with horses in the $25,000 to $50,000 range.

Arabkid--Breeding quality horses that are eligible and able to compete in the country's top shows is really impressive. If you run a breeding stable, its not just a passion, its a business, -- I would have no problem asking whatever price my customers were willing to pay. And be proud as punch to have a horse that warranted a $90,000 pricetag.

Thank you! yes it is a business for my parents. And I'm sure one day it'll be a business for me too...but you have to love the horses to be good at you do...and I have no doubt in my mind that our horses are spoiled rotten! haha

He is very pretty. I don't think I would pay $90,000 for a colt, but I am sure someone out there will. I am not doubting that he is worth it to some people. If i was ever going to spend that kind of money it would be on a Grand Prix dressage horse, which a huge show record, and good bloodlines.
