You know, one bay stud that is FQH, AQHA and proven is King Peppy Hand. I worked with him when I was at Pretty Penny Ranch. He's one gorgeous stud, very kind and puts some darn nice foals on the ground. The photos of his head do him no justice either. But he's a lot like Elderberry Boot. Dailey Quarter Horses

I have this stallion saved in my favorites Cindy.
Not the best confo shot, but something about him made me look twice and save him to check out later.

Now that's what I'm talking about!!!! He may not have the "hot" lines for todays reiners, but he's Peppy lined with TEJ on the papers and looks like a TEJ horse. I absolutely love him. That is a bay worth his fuzzy plumbs.

He's a Bugs horse and looks the part. Man, cross him on Belle4's gray mare and you would have an awesome foal!!! He's got a little to much TB for me, but he's a nice looking boy. Don't like the angle of the picture though, makes his front legs and shoulder look a little off, but I'm thinking it's just the picture. Lovely dapples

Oh, I'm still in love with Cat Silver If I were you BW, I would not let that chance pass me by.

I'm still waiting on the contracts. They haven't sent me any. I'll probably give a call tomorrow. With a "high" possibility according to my bosses that I should be picked up after harvest on a permanent position if I like it there, moving won't be a problem as we'll stay here. I've got 3 people interested already when I talked to them and they saw the mare (by the way, her butt IS beginning to get bigger.....WHOHOO...though chris is dreading the breaking later this year....LMAO)

I've already got rumors as I found one of the guys I graduated is out there, that he may be going to "approved mares" really soon, since his Get is getting some notice already.

But it is just a rumor so far....but something I'm not willing to chance though....

Mmmmm, I agree. Get that contract signed so you don't miss out on that one. Couldn't be a better situation. Foal will be extrememly marketable in a worse case situation. Though, if it comes out like it should, I would have a HARD time letting go of that foal.

see, that is how chris is now looking at it. Dump her and keep the foal.

though....I'm already attached to her.....her and I are going to butt heads SERIOUSLY when this weather finally lets up. (ground dries up enough and it RAINS AND SNOWS again...UGH)

Shoot, by the time things get going, I'll have just saddle broke her and ship her off to 6666 ranch all in a few weeks. LMAO

That's ok though. Give a Hancock horse a breather to THINK about what they just learned and they come back into training 100% better. It will be good for her to have a month off at the breeders.
