see i told you it was some pretty amazing stuff!!
i feed it to all of mine, they love it! i originally started giving it to kandi for her joints, but noticed an improvement in her coat, then heard it was good for flies, so all of mine get it in there feed.
if you go to RD1 or farmlands (etc) jen, they sell it in bulk, i dunno about the ones near you, but my local has a take your own container and its cheaper thing that they do (same with molasses)

My BO is just 70, she has used just plain old vinegar in the feed forever.
It is amazing how it work's for flies.Price is right too! 2 TBS's over each feeding.

Ok, you've convenced me...I never knew what it was used for...am so glad I read this. So, how much to do you know to give? Is it 2TBsp over feed 2xs a day or 1/2 cup at 1 feeding? How do I know how much to use. My horse is 23 yrs. old. And the flies...oh, they simply love his ears!!!! Do you use it straight or mix it with SSS and water?

You can feed it and use it topically. That is the beauty of ACV
I have our 29 year old on 1C per day (half in am and half in pm)
The young boys are on 1/2 C per day (1/4 in am and 1/4 in pm)
As for sprays, you can mix it with SSS and water, or a fly spray that isnt working for ya.

WOW.I love vinagar,but I didnt know that!
So I can feed like 1/4 cup twice a day to my yearling and broodmare, and it wont hurt them? Also does it matter what brand you use?We use the Heinz Apple Cider Vinagar in the house. Can I use that for the horses too?
