Anyone ever have a buckskin this color?

My old pony... Looks like a palomino? Correct?

Nope. Registered Dun.

Actual color = Dunalino. We were going to have it changed, but then we sold him. Dunalino is a real color, its rare. He has the first impression as a palomino, but he has a dun stripe. He also has what I liked to call 'zebra stripes' on his legs. Unfortunately I dont have a picture of that.

I do not know of any registry that has dunalino as a possible color... yes it is a color, but not one that can be registered as in any group I know of... so palomino or red dun would have been the correct color choice. I personally would have picked red dun as dun cannot be tested for and the cream can.

I have not heard any color results on my colt yet... but I did get his AQHA papers in the mail... They say palomino on them. LOL

Thanks for the update. Did you have them email you too or just waiting for the mail. I just got my mail document of her color tests. It only took them 4 days to email me back with the results. That was animalgenetics.com anyway.

I use Pet DNA since I hope to help them with their quest for a brown test. They do email me results and then send hard copies.
