Any way he can be registered?

Can I get stormy registered at all? In any way? Like with a Pinto horse association or something? I don't have his moms name or his dads. I've seen pictures from his old owners and here-say but that doesn't hold much. For all I know stormy's dad could of never been registered.

So non-registered parents. But I think he shows the pinto coloration. Two skin colors at least.

I'm in oregon if that helps any.

As long as he is pinto in colour, I am pretty sure he can be registered in the Pinto association

You can stil register him even without knowing what breed or any bloodlines? Not even knowing who his parents are?

You don't need to know his parentage or blood lines or anything like that for the Pinto horse association

Nope, you are right! Can't do it in breed associations but the Pinto association is a colour association

Here is their FAQ....
Pinto Horse Association of America, Inc. – Frequently Asked Questions!

This is off the FAQ page....I gather that Stormy is a gelding so he should be good to go!

Can I register my horse if I do not know its parents?
For minis and ponies, we can register mares, geldings, AND stallions with unknown parents. Just put Unknown/Unknown for the sire and dams names on the application. The registration fee is based upon the age. For horses, we can register only mares and gelding on their color alone. The registration fee for horses with unknown parentage is $100 no matter what the age.
