| Senior Member+ | Start in the middle, wrap dow then up. Always start on the inside, and wrap to the back (when the wrap is on your side of the leg.). wink

| Senior Member | No tricks just lots of practice (and having looked after a horse with a bowed tendon helps So thats my advice practice lots - and do as probarrel said - be sure you wrap from inside out working toward the back wink
