ANOTHER jumping question

Is it okay to use open front boots on the front, and then normal boots on the back? Like to different brands even ? would it make a difference in thickness or anything ?

I really like these

Also which do you guys like better? Normal boots, or open front? and which one works better?

thanks!

p.s. they would be used for jumping

ive always used open but all round ones are good as well. i feel they can be too restrictive but thats probually just my bad experiences in all round boots. i always mix and match my boots and have got away with it in novice eventing. hope that helps a bit!

thanks I wasnt sure if the all around ones would be too hot, or if the mis matched ones would cause something wrong.. thanks again!

You can't use open fronts on the back, so you'll have to use "normal" (I assume you mean splint boots) on the back.
Lots of people only use boots on the front though so it's up to you.
