Actually I think it's <<Je l'adore>> It means I love him, but only if Stormy was specified in the previous sentence But I could be wrong

<<Je t'adore>> would mean "I he loves himself"

I love the drawing too

Jep because te is a reflexive pronoun and it is used when someone is doning something to themselves
