American Idol '06

So did anyone watch the gals belt it out tonight on American Idol?? I gotta tell ya, there were two girls in particular and coincidentally the two youngest that had me in tears. The 16 and 17 year old girls have amazing talent, and I have pegged them to be the top 2 for the year......Gosh, I still have shivers over the 16 year old girls performance lol.

Awww we're still a week behind you over here. I'm lovin it so far though. I love Ace he's yummy. Catherine Mcphee and Kelly pickler are my faves of the girls so far.

I have to admit, this is the first season that I have paid attention to Idol. I am finding myself quite taken with the show. At first it was most entertaining watching the people that "think" they could sing. Now it's more inspirational. The 16 year old was fantastic!!

Tell me about it - I love the audition rounds - did you see the crazy guy that dressed as the statue of liberty. Simon Cowell is soooo funny (and strangely attractive - i think its the piles of cash in his bank account), he does a show called X-factor over here with Sharon Osbourne and Louis Walsh, do you guys get it over there? Have also decided that Paula Abdul is officially the cutest person ever - I wanna look that good when i'm 43!

I LOVE THAT SHOW... hubby and I make it date night during Idol!

I like ALL of them so far, can't wait to see them, GROW into great singers.

BUT... I do have to say that one anoying chick has GOT TO GO!

That first gal wasn't too shabby either...the heavy one. And the two young ones...and the one Simon said is the best. Those are my four favorites!!! Can we put up a poll or a little bet or something? About who we think is going to win?

Okay, just finished watching the guys sing....

At first I thought that there was no way that any of the guys were going to impress me as much as the girls did, but wow! There were 3 of them that I LOVED!! There was Chris (yummy), Gedeon, and Ace (double yummy). Still waiting for Taylor to sing though lol!! What did you guys think??
