| Senior Member  | Amber's 2nd ODE - More good results :D!! Last weekend amber and me did another ODE Again it was unaffliated but run by a pony club the class i did was the Intermediate which is Pre-Novice level (1.05m) Quite an early start but walked courses which were really nice (By the way for those who live in UK the place is Hambledon - I highly recommend it to any one) The course walked big ish with not many difficult combinations Amber warmed up for the dressage a bit of a cow. First she wanted to go fast and then slow so i was getting a bit annoyed  We went in and the test started really well but then i made a bit of a boo boo when mistaking a trake up the 5m line as the centre line so trying to make my half 10m circle, a half 5m circle, this came excatly at the same time as amber getting a fly in her ear  Rest of the test was really nice, i made sure that i did the rest of the circles the right size and we had a really nice rythmn all the way through. It wasn't untill after the Xc that i found out that i had a score of 29.7  The showjumping course was nice, the time was tight and it included 2 doubles and a triple bar. Our round started of nice, but coming to the 1st double i saw a long stride to the 1st element (a spread) 1 stride in noticed to far off, checked but got too close so hit from pole my fault though if i had stayed on the stride i was i would of been perfect.Amber then flew around the rest of the course, including the bogey skinny fence to record just 4 faults this was quite good as not many were going clear.Next XC - the fun part - Amber was an angel - didn't look at anything - popped round as if it was 2 foot 3. A great feeling when one of your PN fences is in the Novice course (I have a photo of this one) We galloped to the last recording a great clear round. 1 hour later we look at the score board which shows i am in the lead. 1 hour after that it is confirmed that i won!! Our team was also 7th So a great day, and amber has now won 2 out of 2 of her one day events this year Photos to follow thanks for reading hope i didn't bore you lou xx

| Senior Member  | You guys are doing so well this season!!! I'm off to a pony club ODE Next weekend, only doing little jumps though, like intro level heigth!! should be fun all the same! Can't wait for the pics! Bex
