Amanda, in from cali

helllo(:
My names Amanda, im 15 going into my junior year of highschool.
I've been on this site before, on and off but i forgot all my login stuff...but now i feel like im back for good.
Right now i have two horses, a 20 some odd year old man whos the love of my life, and the barn. Hes my retired show gelding and now i pretty much pay board for A)him to eat, B)the little kids to ride him and C) For him to run around with his favorite pony. Unless we trailer out for trails i don't ride him much. His name is Chancing it, or Jake and he's a quarter horse. My other horse is Biggs, hes a 12 year old National Show horse gelding. I took him while a friends daughters are off at college, and when the budgets right i might consider buying him. Hes been out to pasture and ridden lightly for 3 years, i've had him for about 3 weeks now, and hes already muscled up. We're not sure what kind of show horse he previously was, they claim 'Western Dressage" but idk. We'll be doing hunter/jumpers next year county wide, and then some. He's already amazed everyone, he moves almost flawlessly and has a wonderful head set, we just started pole work about 3 days ago, hes coming along quickly, but not too quickly(: ill be showing him under Bonafide Hustler.
uhhhm thats pretty muchit, but ill answer questions?

I'm quite a bit north of you in Ventura County, but we do have some members pretty close to you!

Not me personally, but one of my best friend's dad's is a jumper trainer and she's a phenomenal rider herself. They're actually down at the Oaks in San Juan Capistrano right now; I had to ride six of the horses that didn't go today!

They were at Showpark 2 weeks ago too

Me too- but another part of the High Desert! lol

And I have an Arab and a Saddlebred- if I mix them together, can I say I have a NSH?
