AH Issues! Please help!

OMG! This is driving me crazy! I cant find a bit to fit my 4yr old horses mouth! ARGH! lol..I was using a snaffle but everytime you turn him the ring would slid in his mouth! What should I do! I was using a 5 inch.

use a curb chain, or get those bit guards.

Use twine...lol. It's cheap and easy. Just tie it on both rings so it goes under his chin. That's what I've got on all my bits.

<you can see how I've got it - it keeps the bit from sliding all the way through his mouth.

But also rubber guards should work too. I don't think the size of the bit is the problem.

Either a chin strap (not a curb chain!) or a full cheek snaffle or put a caveson on.
