No response to mine either, but I'm hoping they have just purely gotten too many as Beeks said.

A small FINE? That's disgusting! I sent an e-mail to the district attorney. It was amazingly civil and polite considering the words my brain seems to be using. Wish I could go to the court, but that's out of the question.

Wait....I thought the hearing had been extended and turned over to the felony prosecutors. Did I miss something??

Was it? I think at the top of the link it said something about it might be turned over. If it was, I missed it and it's too late to take the e-mail back now...

I went back and read the post. As of 6/25 the case was turned over to the felony court for review, but it's unsure whether the case will be tried as a felony or not.

They most likely extended it, to try and take some of the focus off of it. If that is true then I hope the OP who posted the cross over link, will keep us informed as to what is going on.

At least all the letters and the far reaches they came from, made them at least think about how they were proceeding. I hope so anyway.
