| Senior Member | Abandonment laws?
I think this is the best place for this thread, mods feel free to move it as you see fit! I know that if an owner abandons a horse in someone elses care for a certain amount of time, that person becomes the legal owner of said horse, or something along those lines. I've also heard it has to do with how much money is spent on the horse? Can anyone clarify this for me, it'd be greatly appreciated!
