| Senior Member+ | The peds won't show up. Positives: *Yogi Harlan is 100% foundation bred *RC Zippin Dot Com is Breeder's Trust *Hancock is foundation *Okie Leo is homozygous for the black gene Right now, I'd say go RC Zippin Dot Com because he has the most positives to him. You'd probably have a good chance of getting color, and you would have a Breeder's Trust baby on top of it all.

| Senior Member+ | Steph, Do you know which one you are going to pick yet or are you still deciding?

| Senior Member+ | Well, I wouldn't want to be in your position right now - those are all GORGEOUS studs! I wouldn't want to have to chose. Hmm... maybe just let your mare pick which one she likes! LOL. jk

| Senior Member+ | Well, we're going to look at the mare this weekend (Joe wants to buy her for me for showing and breeding)... She resembles my mare very much, and she's a Breeding Stock Paint (Bay) and I don't know if I want to breed her to an AQHA or an APHA... but I think she'd have a GORGEOUS baby by ZIPPIN, but then if I crossed her with Hancock I would have a nice looking colt too.. Hmm.. I dunno... I'm soooo stuck...

| Senior Moderator | You don't have the mare yet? I would wait to see exactly what the mare looks like before I decide on a stallion. If she is a paint, I would breed to a paint and hope for color. Why breed to a QH? Your chances of getting a solid are much greater and then you have another BS paint which are not as deisireable as a paint with color. If/when you sell, you will get more money and the foal will be more saleable with color. I only bring this up because it seems that your family does a lot of buying and reselling of horses. It only makes sense to me. Who's Joe? Is Isiah still in the picture?
