I think his tobi pattern looks the most bizarre of those studs. He doesn't have a "shield" or whatever on his chest. Which I don't recall ever seeing a tobi with out at least a small patch of color on their chest.

edit: on a second thought maybe he has splash which is causing the lack of a shield...his leg white is pretty flat on top.

Fleet, his body pattern really yells "Splash", but it would be so surprising to have Splash do that much to the body without having more face white, so I dunno

Now where do we find pictures of his offspring? I'm sure that would help solve this!

ETA-- look at his other side!

I thought that too... but to have these horses with these big blocks of white and SOOO little face white (and white staying off the neck alltogether) just seems equally odd.

I agree Tico may be frame.

ACC - heck, if the WBs often have their T attached to their E instead of their e, why can't they have a different form of Splash?

This foal is by Centyfield Figiel

he's got that same "funniness" to his face white that Sempatico often puts on his kids

They Could have their own form of splash but it would have nothing to do with the linkage.

Not to mention Not all tobiano ase E TO connected and there ase plenty of paints that are E TO

Here's the other side of Centyfield Figiel

http://centyfield.tripod.com/ is their site. Scroll all the way down to get links to their horses.

Very, very interesting.

I was not color-savvy enough when I first discovered these boys, but now that I am - wow...

Right - didn't mean to imply there was a connection

Hmm, true. Why are there so few WB Tobis who are T E connected? Is the % really about the same, but we're just talking a lot few numbers overall?
