93% foundation??

Not sure if this question belongs here, but what exactly do they mean by saying 93 % foundation??

willodean - it means the horse (if it's a QH) has 93% Foundation Quarter Horse blood in his lines. What group is the 93% with, NFQHA, FQHR, WFQHA or FQHA?
