7yr old P.O.A gelding, grandson of Zippo Pine Bar

Please critique my 7yr old Bay Roan Pony of the Americas gelding. His name is TLF All Zipped Up(aka Zip) his sire is Zip o Dream(AQHA) and his mother is Sweet Surrender(P.O.A). He is the grandson of Zippo Pine Bar.
This is Zip's first year of hard riding and showing, I bought him 3 months ago and since then he's been to his first 5 shows and has started his carrer. Zip has had training and showing in Western Pleasure, Hunter Pleasure, trail, and jumping. His main goal for the next few years is Jumping. What do you think of my baby boy?

(I'll have more photos of him under saddle soon)

He is very pretty! In on one or two of the pics he looks like he is jumping in good form with hes knees, but isn't using his head and neck very well. I really like him!

He looks like a natural at jumping. Very tidy front end. Not a fan of his color but he has beautiful form! How big is he?

awww, you have my pony's darker twin! lol Your pony is a great jumper, tight front legs are always great, i see so many horses jumping with hanging legs and tight knees are just so much more attractive! I agree with is head and neck though, loosen up on his reins and let him do what he needs to do with his head, it'll help him round his back more too. Ponies are usually awesome jumpers too. My pony willingly jumps much higher than my tall horses! he jumps over 4 ft and he's 13.3. but he looks like your pony but he's a lighter bay roan, he gets whiter every year. when i first got him he was almost as dark as yours. heres a pic of him.

Hehe, doesn't he know appies aren't supposed to jump?

He should get together with Sunny & show those "real" jumpers a thing or two.
