Exactly! The trial is supposed to resume on July 2. I can only hope that the judge will listen to the TRUTH, and not look for any type of indictment. These guys have nice foals that they have worked hard for hitting the ground, and they can't even work with them. I saw one news report where one of the people at the farm named one of the foals. I know it is no big deal, but If it were my foal that someone "stole" and then gave a name to it, it would infuriate me. Also, have you heard about all of the "incidents" surrounding those who are witnesses for the defense? Their horses are being let loose at night, and strange people are snooping around their barns when they aren't home, taking pictures. They still aren't 100% sure that the car crash that could have been fatal was totally a coincidence. Some think that their car was run off the road and into those trees on purpose.

Wow, I have not heard anything about this, except here on HGS, it really sounds fishy to me...I hope that the judge really looks into this case with eyes wide open! Shoot if I had to stall my mare, she would be a basket case, she hates being kept in....Cathy

Yes I have heard what has happened and I know how corrupt things can be. I just pray that the judge is a good one.

My information comes directly from the trial court! Under oath testimony, as well as from the accused. What the accused have said all along is what is coming out in trial finally, despite perjury from AC.
I personally am glad you are associated with this first hand and not going by what you have read somewhere.
There is no harm in bringing up an older thread to add information or a different point of view to what has been presented.

The thread may be old, but the trial is not over, so it's not like we are discussing a dead topic. There is alot of info on this, and I can pm a link if you need it.

I again think that everyone needs to watch the outcome of this trial. Should it fall in the AC favour. ALL horses will have to be kept in stalls, with feed and hay infront of them at all times, They will have to be hauled to and from the vet for simple owner able to care for things ( worming and such) You will have to have Feed AND hay on site at all times enough for you horses to free feed when they want it.

I am sorry. Add this to the legislation that they are trying to pass that will limit the amount of time you can haul a horse to 1 hour in a trailer at a time without unloading and it will make horse ownership a very unhappy experiance.

Havent read the whole thread so dont kno both sides of the story- if i am in the wrong with the above i am very sorry!
My issue with Photochick is that she stated clearly she has been there. If she was there I feel she has a duty to tell the truth!

There have been many people who have approached the first rescue group called in there. They wanted horses. When told that it is an not a REAL rescue and no one should want a part of this, they were told "oh well, someone is going to get the horses, why not me?"

I take issue with anyone lying. There were not 30 mares there. Even if there were it was breeding farm. There would be NO pregnant mares if they were starved!

I cannot wait until the truth comes out. Hopefully people like Photchick will wake up and see the writing on the wall.

Do you have a source for this information? 1 hour trailer time when hauling is VERY UNSAFE... sorry there is no place on a lot of roads to unload a horse every hour. Heck some will not load or unload without a chute so if this is pending legislation somewhere we need to see it.

That is horrible! I wish there was a way for me to do a fundraiser out here for them

Horrible people to do that to horses! I hope they find them and give them what they need...a good *** wooping, no food and pugnant water! Filthy slime balls if ya ask me!

Now I am simply ****** Off! How in the world can somone do that to ANY animals! This thread made my ******* blood boil! OK...i'm gonna end this post before I go into further detail on what these people deserve!

I hope that these horses can now find loving caring homes and god bless all the people who have the hearts to pray for and or help these poor horses!
