Are any of your friends willing to come on here and post for themselves? As I said, I would like to hear eye-witness accounts, not repeated accounts.

Oh I know what was going on. I am closely related to one of the accussed.

I have seen the "evidence" with my own eyes. It is very unfortunate how the public has been lied to.

The "evidence" will shock you!

In addition a STATE VETERINARIAN who was there day of seizure TESTIFIED UNDER OATH that 58 out of 69 horses were at BCS of 4 or better and she considers 4 to be ideal! That is 90% of the herd coming out of a tough Michigan winter!

So 58 horses. Take away 2 old mares and 1 sick mare that were definitely skinny, no one is debating that. However it wasn't starvation! So 8 horses out of 69 scored at a 3 basically! How could you call that starvation or neglect????

Hooves seem to be an issue as well in neglect cases. There were 2 out of 69 horses that had bad feet. They were cracked and chipped, not long elf feet! Those 2 horses have consistently BAD feet. They were not crippled, it was just ugly.

I agree, and would like to see the before and after pictures taken by them. So far, I've only seen one and was not impressed. We have a similar situation going on here in my area, listening to all the owners' friends that swore up and down for his good care made me almost forget that I had seen the animals in question and until the other day, did not know that he had been charged for a similar thing in the past. I have friends who cannot see the condition their horses are getting into and probably will be outraged when they're reported. It just depends on what you want to see.

So, as I said before ...... the truth ususally lies somewhere in the middle.

I posted pics of Elvis, Those are from Matt himself. As far as the other pictures ect. There are several things that cannot be posted because they are evidence. My account though is only second hand. But I am smart enough to know when someone is getting a shaft without lubrication. As I mentioned before, I sat down and spoke with people on both sides of the fence as well as doing alot of reading seeing alot of pictures ect. I am not for horse abuse, I am not really pro slaughter, It pains me to see horses abused, however even I can see who is wrong on here.

Yes, there are some big names in thier corner, They have horses from top stallions.

Everything will come out in the wash, it is just a matter of using the right soap.

I have the "before" pics from the other site. I wonder if it would be ok to post them here?
