5 month old foal with contracted tendon

i think my 5 month old foal as a contracted tendon on her back right leg. the back of the fetlock feels swollen and i can feel sort of like a vibration in her leg. if you look at her from the back her pastern and fetlock look straight. and from the front it looks bent. I'll be calling the vet in the morning but i was just wondering if thats what it could be. she is on full turn out on pasture that has all sorts of grass. she is still nursing a little and she eats grain with her mom but its just a 16% protein pelleted feed nothing special and she dosent eat much of it. she is already wearing a colt halter (300-500lbs) i tryed to get pics but all i had was my phone and it would show up.

i never did get to speak to a vet. i called and they said that all the vets were out on calls so she wrote down everything and said that she would have a vet call me. no one ever called so i called back a few times and just got the recording so i just went up to the barn to see how she was and she looked normal. i know i was not seeing things yesterday but today she looks normal and the vibration in the leg is gone so is the swelling and her leg looks just like it should. i still have not heard back from the vets so i guess I'll just call tomorrow and see what they think about it. is it possible that it was like a muscle cramp that just finally relaxed???? i don't know of any other reason her leg would look that one day and then be fine the next.

Sounds more like epiphysitis or a sprained/strained/tweaked fetlock to me.
