Arrow 3 years ago this day...

Thouroghbred racing lost a great hero and friend. Seattle Slew passed away on May 7, 2002. Today marks the anniversary of his death. He was the 1977 Triple crown winner as well as many others. He was a legendary horse that will never be forgotten. See him and his acheivments at www.seattleslew.com He was 28 years old.

it was that long ago already! i remember that day, it was really sad...does anyone else remember the article in the newspaper a guy wrote about him that day? It was really sweet, talked about slew in heaven and all the other racehorses there having one big race
