I am not certain but I believe ADMIN would have to have been watching when the post was made. I remember on the 2 million post we were asked not to post in the mod sections or access the Admin panel until he could physically see who made the post. It may be possible for ADMIN to find out, things may be different with the upgrades we have had since the last million.
