My sister is a Level 1 (though she could get her Level 2, just hasn't gone yet)...and charges $20 per hour.
My instructor charges $40 per hour private..and he's a Level 3 event coach from France..so how come your guy's coaches charge so much?!?

I pay $25 for a 45-60 minute lesson with the best dressage trainer in our area. She is really excellent and could easily charge 2 to 3 times that but she's in it for the experience I guess, just the love for horses, not for the money. (she's married to an airline pilot, so lessons aren't her whole income, she really only uses it to pay for shows ect) I've heard of trainers in the area charges twice that though!
