2006 APHA for sale

Registered April 06 dark brown/black solid APHA colt for sale. Jack loads, stands for farrier, clips and bathes. He has had extensive ground work down with him, will lounge over tarps, poles, and thru our pond. Has had a bareback pad on, never bucked or even hitched. He is a sweet boy, loves attention. We are trying to become more focused on reining and cutting horses and he just does not fit in the program. He currently is about 14.1 or 14.2 and I am expecting him to be 15 h+. I am in south Texas near Corpus Christi. Price reduced to $500. You must also agree to geld this colt, not stallion material. Here are some pics:

Well amazingly enough, he was for sale for 2 days, and sold. My hay guy bought him for his nephew. I am very happy that he is going to a great home and will gets lots of attention. I've known the guy for 1.5 year and they are really nice people.

Well they are coming to pick him up this morning. I think he was such an easy sell because he is so sweet and we had put so much effort into him. I will miss him but oh well. He is a talker, always first to whinny at you when you got outside. I know he will be well taken care of and that they will be tickled pink with him. Plus he will be used to work on a 1,000 acre ranch so I am sure he will have lots of fun experiences.

We saw Jack today. I went to get some hay for the horses (he was sold to my hay guy). He whinnied at me as soon as I got out of the truck, made me cry, he is such a sweet boy. He is doing well and they are very impressed with him. The young farm hand was going on and on about how he just does whatever you ask. I am so happy that he has a good home.
