Thanks for the contact information. My husband is in love with the sire and he has a mare he might be interested in sending to him. (A friend's mare who they want to breed to sell the foal and they are willing to let us pick the stud.)

The black "sabino/overo" stud... is he LWO tested? His markings are very unusual. I personally don't see LWO, but it could be there. I see an interesting cross of splash and sabino. I'd love to know his status.

I'm not sure on the LWO status of the black sabino/ov. stud, would have to ask owners.
This is his dam:

(and if you don't get a reply back from them in a few days, as they can get quite busy, I can send you an alternate email address)

Well, both parents are LWO (got lucky there) + splash and sabino. So there is a 50-50 likelihood that the stallion is LWO positive. You can see how the LWO has pushed the white off the legs on the mare. Too much to push off on the stallion. He has some serious splash going on with that leg white, and likely some sabino helping that out too. I am very curious about the horse you posted because he certainly doens't look LWO to me.

Completely slipped my mind, but did remember that he is still standing in Nevada until he's brought to Canada at the end of March.
From the website of the woman who sold him:
"Twice is standing at Gary Long Performance Horses in Fallon , NV.
We are standing him to a limited book. He will be leaving for Canada in March. Book now if you want a "Twice" baby. We are still the contact person for "Twice" " phone # and email is available at the bottom of their webpage. http://www.lh4s.com/stallion.htm

Confusing.
Makes me wonder who's making the money off the breedings while he's still in Nevada, my friend Meighan who now owns him, or the woman she bought him from. Will have to ask her that one.

The people standing him now probably leased him out so they get the breeding money because they have already paid a lease fee. Just my guess though.

duh, lease, of coarse. That would make sense. Must have zoned out for awhile, not to mention I'm pre-occupied with uploading pictures to my Webshots albums, among other things.
