20 Standardbreds Going for Meat

20 Standardbreds are going for meat Jan 18/08. He has decided to get out of the business and didn't want the hassle of trying to place them.

That is till I found out about it. I have a contact going to the farm to take some out of there. She can't take all of them, but will take what people are willing to adopt and pick up right away. Ages range from weanlings to 30 yrs old.

If anyone would be interested in adopting one of these horses, please let me know at barnkrescue@gmail.com or 780-430-5993.

They are located in Langley, BC. The guy is done with racing and wants them gone. Whatever my contact can't take, goes to auction tomorrow.

I just got the email last night. Always happens that way, find out about these horses day before slaughter or auction.

I will ask her to check to see if they are Coggins tested.

THEY ARE FREE HORSES FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS THEM.

I do have haulers that go state side so depending on where you are, I can get rates for you.

wish they were not on the other side of Canada. I got are PMU mare from that part of Canada last year but we had it set up so they stopped and took a break on there way here and I don't think I'm gonna find someone that will haul all the way across the States
