20 Standardbreds Going for Meat

We hit a slight problem.

When my friend contacts him to go get them, he keeps saying "oh one more person is coming". Hence, we haven't got them yet. Our adopting homes along with foster homes are waiting and no horses yet.

My friend has checked with the auction house and they haven't been taken there. If they do, she's the first to know about it.

Will post as more news comes in.

Oh, good grief. Why can't the guy just give them away? They will be going to good homes! The selfish attitude of people today is sickening. It warms my heart to see someone like you trying to help though. I hope everything works out! Keep us posted!

Hang in there, hopefully this will all work out!

So, I thought he was in desperation mode to see them get off his property... this is curious indeed.

My friend has gone to get 9 out of this herd.

She also found out that this guy is really a nice guy, just has made some bad decisions. He has been breeding this herd for quite a while and is just needing time to say his good byes. They are his babies.

Pics are posted on my website with hauling fee's included in the price to Ab. The ones that need extra TLC will stay at the farm in BC till they are stronger. The ones that are in better shape, are up for adotion now.
