Talking 20 Mile Trail Ride Yesterday (man Im Sore!) lol

I guess you could say 20 Miles is pretty good for a beginner, lol. I had so much fun, even though I was scared, lol. There is no doubt that riding horses is great exercise...from my booty, to my back, to my thighs, and my calves, lol.

Yeah, I told my boss I rode 20 miles this morning and I was sore and Can you believe he had the nerve to say ...why are you sore...all you do is just sit there when you ride a horse...I was like WHAT! Riding is way more than just sitting there...if only he knew, lol.

20 minles is a nice long ride. Put your boss on a horse for 15 minutes and then ask him how he feels!

Marshalltown, Iowa, it is against the law for a horse to eat a fire hydrant.

Yeah, lol the funny part is he claimes that he has been trail riding before, lol Anyone knows thats a lie...or he walked on flat ground and did nothing but walk...then (just sitting there) might be exceptable, lol.

Maybe he went on a trail ride as a kid and does not remember how he felt after.

Glad you had a nice ride, and a nice warm bath will help you get over being sore. Never mind your boss, some people just don't get it.

sounds like you had a great ride. 20 miles is a long ride, but it sounds like a good time.

20 miles is a great days ride! Glad you had a good time too I promise, the more you ride the less painful it'll become because you'll be building up those muscles and you'll also relax into the ride more

Some people have NO clue how much exercise riding is or they aren't doing it right LOL
