20" dressage girth needed

I need a black 20" dressage girth, preferably Not fleece and I really need it to have something to slid the billets into to hold them down and in place, left loose they flop around alot and if I pull them together they almost touch under her bellie, so a holder is pretty much a must. I dont really mind on the material other than not fleece, can be used but please in good condition. I'm on a lower budget and I can only pay in paypal. please let me know and include shipping in the price to 36117

Thanks a bunch!

Here it is! Sorry this isn't the best picture Yes, you can slide the billets in - the cover is open next to the buckles, if that makes sense.

I have a very nice soft Touch 22" dressage girth for sale. It has pockets for the billets and is in new condition. http://pets.webshots.com/photo/27546...01829219JMXEdC

They sell for $50 new, I would like $30. Thanks
