Thankfully, he didn't get his eye -- it certainly could've been far worse. Yesterday I kind of questioned whether or not to push for suturing above the eye, but today it already looks far better and is healing nicely from the inside out. Suture site looks perfect, no swelling, no drainage, no heat....I couldn't be more pleased with it. Not sure I can say it was worth over a $500 bill, but.... Now I'm just crossing my fingers it stays THIS GOOD for the next 2 weeks ....dumb babies!
