2/16/05 show results/pictures

Okay, well I didn't pin in anything! The day went really badly, Mona was just acting like a total re.tard the whole day. We made top 15 out of 31 in the equitation classs, but in the finals she started cantering and bucking when we were supposed to trot. She's such a d.ork.

Anyways, Felicity got 2nd in the english halter, 2nd in the Equitation, 2nd in Goasyouplease, and 3rd in pleasure. (She even got reserve HP in the Adult division.)

And oh yeah---In the halter, it wasn';t divided up by gender. SO, my in-heat Felicity had to go behind a stallion. But the stud was handled by a KID! No older than 11 years old. So what does the stallion do? It goes to sniff Felicity, but when I go to move her to the end of the line up, it starts REARING UP at us!!! I was SO poed.

Cute pictures. I think you guys still look nice, all horses and riders have their off days though. Sounds like Felicity had a good day however. Did you have fun then?

Felicity has been doing SO well this year. I'm really proud of her.

Overall the day was pretty bad. My smallest class had 31 people, so all the Youth and Open classes had to be divided up in 2-4 rounds and THEN a final round. In was long, cold, windy, Mona was being a d.ork, and I still had a cold.

I think Mona knows I'm annoyed with her-- she keeps giving me the "sad eyes". I don't know why she was being so wierd, she's such an angel at home.

Thanks Jaclyn and Ashley! I'm very proud of Felicity. She's such a good girl.

Wow, what a pretty horse. To bad you didn't place as good as you wanted. You win some and you lose some. Go get em next time.

Ok, I have never heard of "Goasyouplease." Is that where you go in the pen any riding style you want? Thanks

Jessie

Goasyouplease is a class where USUALLY everyone is in the same riding style, but when they call Goasyouplease, the rider can continue walking, trot, or the optional canter. (If the class allows it.)

Thanks
