Well, we thought the big palomino mare would foal first but our grulla (who's 327 days today) had a GORGEOUS solid black filly. She's a Quarter Horse- straight legs, very friendly, and very cute!

aww! she's adorable, I'm having foal envy right now...lol, and you've got some beautiful horses...I'll be checking back in when Dibby foals, and BG too! lol those two mares are gorgeous...

Thanks everyone!

She is adorable. Still trying to figure out how those legs exactly work, but is doing well.

Lizzy is seemingas though she really is a good mom. She is watchful of the baby and will nicker at it, lets it nurse, but will also let us get in there lay down with the baby, pet her, etc.

Thanks again for all the kind words.

Hopefully the palomino, BG, will foal soon. She's a little uneasy today- hopefully she'll see Lizzy with her baby a couple stalls down and want to have hers right away!
