![]() | 12 yr old gelding-teampenning/roping/barrels/poles 12 yr old sorrel gelding. Finished head/heel horse. Leaves the box smooth with plenty of speed. Will not get outrun. Scores good. Would recommend for a #4 and up. Has been used as a working ranch horse. Really knows how to work cattle and handles himself well. 2002 Southern Ky Team Penning Association's Amateur Horse of the Year. He also finished 6th in the Louisville, Ky Ranch Horse Classic that year. He would be recommended for an intermediate to advanced rider due to his ability and speed when using him. Not crazy, just all business. He would be a great using horse to have around the farm as well. He will side pass, pivot on hindquarters and forehand. Has a super handle. Bought this gelding for my 11 yr old daughter to play around at barrels/poles...didn't even know he knew the pattern, but he did and he meant to do it fast. Very, very quiet with my daughter, but too fast for a beginner when it comes to the barrels/poles. Loads, clips, bathes, stands for farrier, etc. Good minded. My daughter even rode him in a trail class and did well. Great on trails too. Great gelding for the price. Make offer! Need to sell! I have found a mare for my daughter and need to make room. Asking $3000. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

This guy is also an awesome trail horse...quiet enough for a beginner. He needs a more advanced rider if he's going to be roping, penning, or gaming, but my 11 yr old daughter can bathe him, clip him, load him up, tack him up, etc all by herself.

Why oh why did you have to put him up here? Here is exactly what I have wanted and I have no money or room ,just young horses I don't have time to break. Good luck getting him sold he is a nice looking horse. |

Thanks. He's a good boy. I have some folks that I know taking him for the weekend to "test drive" him in the roping pen. I hope they love him.
