Kampfer - German (Camp fur) Combatiente - Spanish (Kom bat ti ent hey) Combattant - French (Kom bat taunt) Lutador - Portuguese (Loo Ta Door) Kjemper - Norwegian (Key Yem per)
Just a few I could come up with. [ May 13, 2004, 08:26 PM: Message edited by: madvoice ]

Kriger, Danish (Kri Er),
Kjemper is pronounced Kyem Per and (though I might be mistaken) means Giant.
Funny, here in Denmark we want our horses to have english names... But I am also accused of having a weird sense of humor... ![[Hah]](graemlins/hah.gif)

I tried when he came back from the s.ucker, seemed in a good mood, but didn't work
I wondered what I was sitting on, been up and down like h****s draws all night turning the TV over. LOL
So We can get 'scapper' in a foriegn dictionary?LOL What about 'bruiser' there's another fighting name, mind sounds a lot like BW's Blister LOL
This is a traditional Irish Name
Clancy - "red-headed fighter."
Someone was after Irish Names for their horses, the person with a horse called Guniness, took that from a great web site.
