Howdy, everyone. Our foal was born on 3/22/04 at 9 PM. He surprised us by not only being ABSOLUTELY solid (not a white hair anywhere), but by also being BLACK!!

He was a bit smaller than the foal warmer I have so I was forced to improvise. Therefore, the little guy has been wearing a sweater as a blanket - nighttime temps are still dipping into the teen's here!

We were leaning toward calling him Tall Dark N Handsome (Handsome Venture x Miss Noblesque), but that's already taken in the Appaloosa registry. His favorite resting place is directly underneath his dam's belly, ie. "undercover". It's been suggested that we name him Undercover Brother. What's everyone think of that? For a barn name Argyle has been suggested. Up until now he's been referred to as "the colt" or "niblet".

Would also enjoy hearing some more suggestions (20 letters/spaces or less) now that we know he's a solid black colt. If you'd like to see some photos, click on the link below.

Hopefully, that'll work. That's the first time I've tried linking in like that.
