Hey guys, my friend (littlecelticpony) told me about this forum, so hopefully you guys can keep my mind off my lack of horse while I can still talk about it and maybe learn something.

I rode western for 6 years...barrel raced and did playdays. Took a year off after i moved, then found a QH who I trained to jump, and low and behold that's all I wanna do now! I'm currently riding a horse, Trooper, who'se pretty dang ornery, and I don't get to ride all that often. We're still working, and as soon as school lets out I'll be on him all summer unless Seneca works out (ask if you want to) All of my horsepeople friends have horses, so I'm kind of a late bloomer, but hopefully I'll get one soon...but soon to my parents means never, so I really have no idea.

Leave me a line, I'll try and post often [Running Horse]

A horse may be coaxed to drink, but a pencil must be lead.

If you want a horse, start out asking for a kitten.

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.

Why use a crop on a horse when it is meant for the sibling?

I'd rather be dumped by a horse than be dumped by a man.
