Hey..I'm a veggie. It's been 9 and a half years or so now..I've started to lose track. Congrats on the 4 months..make sure you're supplimenting the needed amino acids, proteins, and other stuff that you get from meat...you can't just stop eating meat and not add in other stuff. Eat lots of eggs, beans, lentils, nuts, etc. Soy/tofu is an absolute wonder-food...it has everything in it.
