You don't want to use your outside rein. Instead lift your inside rein slightly and use your inside leg. You actually want to keep your outside rein against the horse's neck. I know this may sound weird but it really does work! This will keep the horse from leaning on the inside rein and falling in. My horse used to do the same thing to me, but she's gotten much better. Are you able to take lessons with anyone? This would be the best bet, because they could watch your horse and give you additional suggestions.
