We're building an arena on our property soon and i'm not sure what a good size is.. we will either have an indoor arena probably a cover-all with footing) and an outdoor grass arena OR just an outdoor with good footing.
anyway what are good/ average sizes for indoor arenas
and what are good sizes for outdoor ones? for the indoor i would like it to be a smaller size, because it's not a big commercial place or anything..... we have like 12-13 acres and mite board a horse or 2.
the basic price of a cover-all at 72x156 costs a little over $180,000 NOT including footing or details. i think i should go smaller (thatttttts pretty big)
what are good sizes? and do u think that price is reasonable?
any suggestions would help a lot!
