Ok, I am officially fed up with Hunt Seat! I refuse to do it any longer! Anyway, my trainer said Cat would make a very good Dressage horse. I've also heard there is less competition for 18 and under aged. [Woot!] So anyway, I would really appreciate it if someone could give a basic explain of it all. (What do you do? What are you judged on? etc...)

wow glad to see some young interest in dressage! I got fed up with all the politics in huntseat and switched because in dressage, they have to say y they give you the score they do! hehe! Anyway, good luck! I must say its not easy! Its a long hard road, but definatly fun and so worth all the hard work!

Thanks EventingDayDream!!
Im just so sick of all the bratty little kids in hunt seat. Anyway, my mom's friend said that you only need to post on your first two tests? Is that right?

ok well they changed the rules with the new dressage tests, it used to be you posted for Training 1 and 2, and sat 3 and 4, but now you can post all training level tests. Intro you MUST post, but in training level you can either post or sit, w/e is most comfortable to you. Then starting at first level you are required to sit the trot. [Smile]

Ok, thanks! Just wondering because I hate having to worry about my diagonals, and someone told me you were only required to post on the first test.
Thanks so much EventingDayDream!!!
