He has quite a few race horses in his pedigree. I like Bull Dog myself, at least that shot of him.

I went to pedigreequery.com, added my gelding (about a year ago), and now they have lots of pics of the horses ancestors. Then I type in his name in the search bar, and when his pedigree comes up, I click on Reports, and scroll to the bottom where it says photos. Then that page comes up with all the photos.

They also seem to list lots of the sites where the pics originated at, so it is possible to do further research.

I was looking at the pictures more closely and noticed how so many of them did not have straight legs. I mean so crooked even I noticed it.

Ack! Like FAIR TRIAL, HAMPTON, ST SIMON, SUNDRIDGE. Does your horse have crooked legs? I've never noticed before if she does.

Oh that is so cool! I've been on that site so many times and I never noticed that option [Roll Eyes]

Looks like all our horses are related by someone! Here's mine: Photo Relatives

No not that I have noticed Here are some of her from the side I am not really an expert so let me know lol

Also here is a link to some of my horses half brothers and sisters I havent noticed that they are crooked either.

www.members.cox.net/willowbay/get

I just found it really odd that so many were crooked in her pedigree. Her daddy and mom arnt crooked either and if you look at Tru Tru and Truly Truckle you will see they are straight too. Genes are very interesting things!

I never noticed the crooked legs... Hmm... My gelding has fine legs, just a little short to be a racehorse now I think, and a little old. He will be 17 this year, and is 15h tall. Some of those photos actually look like paintings, and they look like they have really thin legs, it looks like you could break them so easily. They look like fragile horses, lol.

Dunno mine has Man o' War twice in hers and she is 16hh at 2 and she is a QH. Though he is dang far back in her pedigree. She is as tall as her daddy atm and was taller than her mom when she was a yearling. She is the freak on the farm (because of her height)

My Dodger is an Appendix QH, reg'd as Heroic Rerun. 5th generation Man O' War, woo-hoo lol! He's also got some Wimpy and Three Bars in him.

My mare is a QH, reg'd Hollywood Friends. She's got some Three Bars in her. She's closely related to the Plaudit horses too.
