about one year ago, before i owned my mare she had a small cancer on her lip, the previous owner got the vet to freeze it off but hasnt had anything done about it since. Im not sure if it is even anything but where the cancer was it is starting to turn a greeny color..should i get the vet to freeze that area again? Or do you think its safe to leave?

I would at least have the vet come out and take a look. It might just be something little but I would still askthe vet.

I agree... you should at the very least call and ask him (the vet) if he thinks it warrants a visit.

If you could contact the original vet who handled the case, that would be even better, as he will have access to your horses file and be able to look it over, to give you beter advice:)
