In this area. Minnesota, there is some question about aborted foals and foals with birth defects from mares that were vaccinated for West Nile. Anyone else have any concerns? If this has been discussed before forgive me as I haven't been to this site for a couple years. Sonny

Were they give Fort Dodge or Merial's product? Has the company been contacted?
I have not heard of this before and we've still been vaccinating pregnant mares with the west nile vaccine (Fort Dodge's).

I know many breeders who have vaccinated preg mares with Fort Dodge's innovator with NO problems.
