I have a had my paint stallion for two years now and several people told me that his personality will take a very dramatic cange when he gets close to three years old. He's just about three and the younger stallion I have already has had his dramatic change but I can still handle him fine. Frosty is too mild theres got to something wrong with him, lol. He has never kicked humans, and rarely ever kicks other horses. He's never really bitten me before, he just nip and got smacked and never did it again. We had a mare that was in season with him earlier and ya he did what he was supposed to do but when people came into the pasture with them he was like, " Sprry baby, gotta go, moms here." and he was run over to us for attention, not chasing us away or anything. He is very very much dropped in that area so I know he's not retaining. The only really bad habbit he has is crinning, all of out horses are doing that right now and we need to get them pellets. Has anyone ever heard of a stallion being this mild? Or should I be worried?

No need to worry, I know a few stallions that are that quiet:) My friend owns a 3 year old appy stallion, my daughter grooms him:) Whatever you are doing with him, keep it up. Good job!! [Big Grin]

I hope he stays that way. Lol, he's a Paso Fino x Quarter Horse mix so he's 15.1 hands tall and he's 2.5 yrs old now.
