I'm no expert, but i like the first one. I love to see QH's do dressage. I also like is color and his body type. Even though i don't know much about conformation.

I like the middle one the most. Just something about the 1st one, He doesn't look proportioned, Maybe its just the way I am looking at his pics. The 3rd one is ok. But I have seen better.
What exactly are you looking for?

well, we are more than likely NOT going to breed my mare but i was looking at stallions that i think would complement her. If we did breed her i wuld want to foal to be able to do dressage. Thats why i personally liked the 1st one. + he throws buckskins and palominos which i love.
this is my mare..im srue youve seen her but anychance you get your are suppose to show off your baby right? lol

Ok, the third one, in my opinion, his shoulder angle is too steep, and the hip is too short.
I like the first one the best conformationally. His hip and shoulder are long and more correct, giving a better, longer, more suitable stride.

Make sure you get both of your parents in the breeding boat before you choose a stallion. It's a great way to get your parents involed. Cause once the baby is born, they will think it's so adorable and sweet they won't be able to imagine life without it, lol. My dad gripes and complains all the time, but he just loves the babies.

haha, ok. My dad is allergic to horses so he really doesnt care either way. He will have a yes or no say in it though. Im hoping (keep your fingers crossed!!..please!) that he says YES! Ive always..since i can rememeber...wanted to breed a horse. Now im 14 and by the timet he baby is ready to be trained ill be in college and im going for equince sciences and management along with breaking and training so it would be PERFECT! And i LOVE working on ground manners and training them. The more i think about this the more it makes sense to do! Lol..I pray everynight and wish every time i make a wish that they will let me do this!
If anyone knows of any good QH stallions thtat do dressage PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me kno! Thanks so much!

No offense taken. I don't know that much about QH's in dressage, mainly see WB, TB's and Arabs do it.

hey Girlie*
Now don't take any offense to this, you know me and you are good friends:-)...but i really don't like his movement, of coarse he is beautiful, but his dressage movement is really not what i would prefer...maybe a level 1-2 horse but nothing of excellent...i'll find you a stallion..
tell me these things...
what are you looking for in
size: color: disiplines: price: area/state/province:
And i'll have a quarenteed qh or other breed stally up here in 5 mintues..lol

Does it say anywhere on the site what test he is performing. I must agree with tbl, I am not impressed with his movement. Of course, I'm not impressed with the video either and that might have a bit to do with it. He's not stepping up in walk, trot, or canter. He's not rounded, and he appears to be fighting her hands. He is built so long. It just looks unproportional.

it also looks as if his knees are low, and his cannon bones are really short, maybe just the picture though:-)

I think that it's his knees now that you pointed it out. Look at the very first pic posted.

I personally like the second horse you posted, carzi4horses. Now I dont do dressage, but that is my kind of horse. Here are some stallions (I think) that you could look into.
